Out of state Plates, Do you tend to look at the people inside to see if they look different? LOL!! I do, I don't know why I always think they are going to look way different than the people in my state.

LOL I do, do that now that you mention it. I live in California so when we are behind an out of state driver they seem like they are always going real slow and afraid of the traffic.. It's funny..

I live on an Island, and when I see off-island plates, I look to see who the people are, and what do they look like. It's like I think I may someday meet someone I knew from the past, when I lived in the Main Land U.S.A..
