its not possible to make the moon habitaable if you mean giving it an atmosphere we can breathe, the mass of the moon is to tiny to hold an atmosphere.

it would be possible to colonise the moon, but it would be very expensive, since wed need to construct greenhouses to keep the atmosphere we need in, protect us from solar radiation, and from falling space debry.

The moon will never be habitable, because of the fact that it has no atmosphere. There's not enough gravity to hold one down. The only way is to have greenhouses that are hooked up to CO2 tanks. A lot of buildings that connect to each other would have to be made so that when the plants performed photosynthesis inside the greenhouse, it would release breathable oxygen. Of course that has problems too. Meteors strike the moon all the time and that could permit damage. It could possibly take twenty to fourty years to do that.

It's not, you won't be able to live on the moon. Mars there may be hope, but the moon get's strucked tons of times by smaller comets, etc. Plus the extra stuff how there's no gravity that kinda thing.

I doubt it, but if we were to make it habitable, then it would take years and years for that. There is no atmosphere and in every sense, it is dead. If people were to try and live there, they could die very soon after moving there. Like the guy above me sai, with the meteorites and meteors, it is a very dangerous and scary environment. i wouldn't want to live there. No atmosphere....no water....no oxygen....no plants....

Very doubtful. There would have to be a way to first survive in all that comic radiation. There's a reason those moon flights are so short. We simply don't have a way to protect people from exposure to cosmic radiation.

Assumeing that u mean to create a moon base, not terraform the sattelite, then yes it is possible but it would take some time
