why my computer goes off when i start it"?

when i start the computer she goes on first and them goes off,
when i want a program the computer goes off first
can you please help me?

Try safe mode (hold down F8 while booting.

If it still happens, check in the bios the cpu temp.

Otherwise you need to take it to the doctor....
