Do you pray on your hands and knees or just sitting down?

If you pray what posture do you pray in? I don't but I was curious.

If I'm sitting down, sometimes I'll wonder about the insanity of praying to thin air. If I'm on my hands and knees I'm certainly not praying!

Mostly I pray sitting or what ever posture I'm in. Sometimes I kneel at my bedside before I get in bed. A lot of my prayers are very short, but often, as God's word says to pray without ceasing and in everything give thanks.

If i pray it is often off the cuff so it doesn't require any ceremony. I don't believe god (if it exists) gives a rats as s what position you are in when you pray. Stand up, sit down, lying about, but NEVER on my knees in supplication!

I just pray no postering needed I think god can hear without the hand thing,then again that may be why I aint gettin what I asked for

I pray before I go to sleep, so yes laying down. I also pray upon awakening. I have days that I pray even while doing dishes mostly to give thanks.

if I'm at a friends house like spending the night usually i just lay there and do it silently but if at my house then on my knees up against the side of my bed
