im assuming that your car is front wheel drive this being said your cv joint is bad and should be replaced as soon as possible

krazymech is right , if it's front wheel drive , a constant velocity joint is letting you know it is dying , probably the outer one , get both sides of the car done at the same time .

Bad ball joints, maybe tie rod ends or steering linkage.
