The British have been a good allies of the US because they do as they're told- But Blair now wants to pull Britrish troops out of Iraq- an act which gives aid and comfort to the enemy.
If Blair does this, its like stabbing America in the back, and he should be held accountable.
I think that the Americans soldiers should arrrest any British soldiers that try to leave.
How should Bush punish england if they turn chicken? Mabye boycott all British imports- I think Blair should be threated with arrest. We need to stay in Iraq until we win, and we have not won until all the terrorist are killed.
The British, Australiands and canadians should remain in Iraq as long as PRESIDENT BUSH says so. HE is boss- other nations need to remember this..

Punish him???? Blair deserves to actually be commended for at least FINALLY coming to his senses, something I wish Bush would do.

Also, Bush has no power to punish England or anyone else. He got used to absolute power when a formerly-Republican Congress bowed down and gave him his way.

The American people spoke loud and clear when they gave Congress to the Democrats in the recent midterms. Bush is out of control and needs to be put back into his place a little.

As Prime Minister, Tony Blair has been a loyal friend of America. He has not stabbed us by planning to withdraw troops from Iraq. It's high time the Iraqis learned to take care of themselves. I'm sure Mr. Blair and the President had discussions about Great Britain's part in the war and that there was an agreement. Mr. Blair deserves the thanks of the American people for standing beside us in Iraq. President Bush is the leader of the United States, nothing more.

Bush can't even get the support of his own Congress to send in more troops himself. Maybe he should be arrested for not being able to carry out what he said he was going to. Better yet he should be arrested and held accountable for all of the friendly fire accidents that he ignores. Also to the rest of the world the Americans are acting like terrorists.

are you serious? Really, I'm in awe, not only of this question, but of your lack of education as an American...for starters, try spell check...and let's remember...we wouldn't even BE in IRAQ if it were not for the MISGUIDED INFORMATION from a president who seems to suffer from the same lack of education you do.

Bravo to England...we should follow!

A better question might be, Shouldn't We the People consider punishment for Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld for their lies and deception...and the UNNECESSARY deaths of 3000 plus troops...not to mention countless innocent Iraqi civilians...based on bad intelligence. When Clinton lied about his ********, everyone wanted him impeached...this administration HAS LIED repeatedly over the course of 7 years..causing countless deaths and leading this country into billions of dollars worth of debt...and we say nothing...it's shameful. "Oops, we goofed"...I'm sure that's comforting to those family members who have lost loved ones...it's quite sad, really.

We claim to be the greatest country in the world..let's start acting like it. Making statements that Bush is BOSS is not only arrogant...it's ignorant... he most certainly (and thankfully) does not control the planet...and I'm guessing there isn't ONE person on this board who hasn't, at one time or another, had a BOSS THAT WAS WRONG!

George Bush doesn't have authority to punish Blair. We are playing a game that can't be won. There is no winners in war, just a bunch of dead people.

all the control of Iraq is based on US and Blair probably has no say in it. also all these bs started because of Bush, he has no right to punish and no reason to punish Blair. he probably be mad because no more troops will be backing him up.

No, that's ridiculous.

Also, I have heard that they are pulling their troops out because the Iraqi army is handling more on their own.

And Bush is not the boss to these other countries. No one can tell them what to do.
