It depends on the way the person died.

I was looking at an apartment once where the guy (who was heavily in the drug scene) was murdered. I was worried that whoever did it would want to come back for whatever reason and I didn't want to be the unlucky person living there. Then on the other hand years later I did seriously consider purchasing a deceased estate.

It depends on when and how they died. If they died two weeks ago by getting beaten to death with a sledgehammer by an intruder, then I'd pass on the house. That would just be a little too creepy.

If they were old and died peacefully in their sleep then it probably wouldn't creep me out as much.
