I do push ups most i can lift with one arm is fiteen pounds but since i am tall and have long arms theydon t fill up. does that mean i am weaker. theres this kid same height as me(6'0) and skinny as me but hes wider shoulders and way stronger. any way or experience on how to fill up or get stronger. notable
