B - Hugging is more romantic than kissing because it's just about being close to someone and having contact with them without a large sexual motivation behind it. You hug someone to show them that you care and that you love them.
You kiss someone for a range of reasons, not all of which are romantic.
And, I don't think being sneezed on is a voluntary act so I don't understand that someone could do it deliberately as an act of romance.
