I m just wondering....at what age should a person stop wearing clothes like that and start wearing more stuff from stores like macy's and banana republic?

There isnt a right age to stop wearing hollister. If your older and you dont want people to know that you are wearing their clothing just get clothes that dont have the name right out in the open. Or wear the clothes when your not around people who you think will judge you. Some stores that only younger teen should shop at are the Garage, and cheap stores like that. But any store like hollister that is a good quality can be worn by any age people... my grandma wears stuff from that store.

I wonder how old is really old to you. I don't see much stuff that's made for women in their thirties and I'm pushing 60 but that doesn't mean I'm ready for flowered dresses with lace collars. Off hand I'd say when you wore the style the first time around, you are too old to wear it when it comes back. But pity the poor junior size woman who is looking for an adult but not ancient look. No woman at any age or size wants to wear boring clothes

It all depends on how you wear it. For example, my Computer Applications teacher wears Abercrombie dress shirts all the time. He's 45, but it looks tasteful. Obviously, its entirely different to wear a mini skirt and flipflops at the same age, but you get the point. As long as it is done tastefully, there shouldn't be an age limit to wear things.

I'd say after college. Hollister/abercrombie are just really innapropriate for when you're a professional. HCO and AF are just truly designed to fit younger, fit, skinny bodies, not older, beginning to sag out of shape bodies.

ummm after a few years in college at most
in my opinion
but hollister and abercrombie just came out with a new brand called ruehl 925 that is for 20-30 year olds
but its way overpriced

Well I would say around late 20's they should stop. Unless you are a really cool mom like my friend brookes mom is REALLY pretty(i dont mean your average pretty i mean like playboy times 5 pretty) and she could pull it off any day. But if your like 35 fat and not too attractive then I would say quit wearing it when your like 22 or somewhere around that age

After you turn 30 i think you should stop wairing Hollister i'm 23 and i'm still wairing these clothes. I like them their cute and just because you turn "the age" that people say you should stop wairing these clothes you don't have to because it really depends on if you really want to wair them or if you feel that your young anogh! But don't wair these clothes after your 35 because that's just freaky!!!!

Hey, it shouldn't matter what age you should be when it comes to wearing clothing! Everyone should wear what's comfortable for them, who cares if it's a brand name or not? As long as that lady was comfortable and happy, and she wasn't trying to bother you, then let it be.
