What cell phone is the cheapest???

It depends on what kinda plan you go with and where you live. Certain places sell phones at a different price, depending on where they are located.
For example, I work at a cell phone kiosk, and we are cheaper here in our smallish city than we would be if we were open in Seattle.
Also depends on if you're trying to go on a contract or a pre-pay plan.

That depends on where you go, whether or not u are getting a contract, and the actual brand. The cheapest would have to be the unknown brands. Go on ebay and look for phone under 100 dollars and that will give you an idea of what cheap phones really look like.
