My school is having a talent show!?

I can't think of any talents and it's sort of required for my class. I don't want to do the standard singing/dance thing.

HOw about listing the talents and interests of the people involved in the show? After you list that much info, you can narrow it down to what they are interested in and what they can do well.

If they like music, you can have someone lip sync a song that is easy to learn. This is a big hit if the person can dress up and really look like the singer who made it famous.

If they look like someone famous, past or present, why not do a reading? Perhaps someone taller can do a good Abe Lincoln. Perhaps a girl can portray Helen Keller, Rosa Parks or Anne Frank and read some carefully written lines to describe their lives. Maybe a boy can portray Bill Gates, Ray Charles or John Lennon.

This talent show can bring a great deal of singing and laughter if you try to cast one person at a time into someone special!

Acting is a talent! My daughter (age 7) and I are going to be in a talent show this weekend, and one thing we're doing is a comedy skit. I'm using yellow streamers for blonde hair we're basically acting out every blonde joke I know. Here's a little piece of our act:

(Blonda sits at a table staring at an orange juice and twirling her hair. Jane is sitting at the table across from her, reading.)

Blonda: Hmm. Hmmmm....

Jane: What are you doing?

Blonda: I was just reading like you are, and see right there on the orange juice it says "concentrate". So I was trying really hard but now you interrupted me!!!

How about with a camera?

You could make a cool slide show presentation and put it to music. Have it projected on a screen for the performance.

Takes the stress out of the "perform"ing part because the work is already done. You know it will turn out good if the equipment works right, which is out of your control... ; )

if ur in a sport do a something with that sport. you could get with a group of friends and do a skit that you write yourself or get the script from your favorite tv show/movie and use that as a skit. but, if ur a good singer, u should sing. my schools having a talent show and i know people who are doing soccer tricks, doing a skit with a gameshow in it, plus lots of singing and dancing!

Try making a survey along your family members (your extended family, even) since they are closer to you than anyone else, they will be able to tell you a few things you're good at and take it from there.

Wow that may no longer amazing. this is far Beyonce-ized (saying sexualized yet in Beyonce way!) I wouldnt like my daughter try this, i might do little music, little insturment overall performance, dance or recurring of a few thing. i might flow TOOOO far! i think of they are undesirable place fashions for the youngsters, through fact then the little youngsters could be asking their mothers and dads "Mommy, i desire to do a stripper pole recurring, next year." i might do some thing intense-high quality, youngster friendly and easy for ninety seconds, and then flow. whats up, the mothers and dads might have a huge accountability in years yet to return with expertise shows, it fairly is the mothers and dads fault. i does no longer enable my daughter do a Beyonce recurring till she replaced into way older. this is obviously interest, in line with hazard no longer the ladies desire it, however the mothers and dads.. i will think of that costume, whilst they might carry out, i might take my daughter out of the room whilst they performed! no longer amazing, this expertise tutor jogs my memory of bling attractiveness pageants. Just be cool and be yourself! Find something that's fun, and your good at! I suggest do it with a friend so if you do absolutely terrible you will both look bad!
