NO.... just tell them so they will know whether to have you do a sterile test where only allows the urine from urethra. the menstral blood is from vagina.

Absolutely not. They are testing for the breakdown components of certain illegal substances (most commonly marijuana, cocaine, methamphetamines). Your period will not change any of this.
