I have bifold doors, solid bottom, louvered top, on my laundry room, how can I sound proof them?

cut a solid 1/4 inch thick piece of plywood to fit where the loovers are on both side for the best results

I wouldn't think you could since they're louvered there's an actual air space from one side to another. Is replacing them an option?

Other than replacing them, you could put up thick fabric drapes over the door opening. Fabric absorbs sound.
