Hi, has anyone had problems with the hinge mechanism on these or any other nokia flips breaking. I have always had nokias and bought this one for my wife. It was about 6 months old and the hinge started to squeak a bit then it went all floppy. Now the hinge has broken on the right hand side and just hangs by its wire.

I had a 6101 and didn`t have any problem with the hinge. You need to take it in for repair, I`m sure it can be done. I`ve got a 6131 now, and that has an `automatic` one handed flip hinge. The 6101 is generally quite a robust phone. If it had got bluetooth on it I wouldn`t have swapped mine for the 6131.

Neither, The razr is a few distance too puffed up for my section and that i've got had undesirable stories with Nokia telephones. I actually have a samsung SGH-E335, i've got had it provided that december and its definatley the perfect telephone ever. Its small layout makes it person-friendly to hold around and all of my acquaintances are so jealous. I drop the telephone ,a minimum of, daily and it under no circumstances breaks or has any issues. yet once you're kinda clumsy like me, it can be a solid theory to get a case for it
