i ran over a cat today, and i was wondering that cats are bad luck. so will i get bad luck?

No its not bad luck unless you meant to do ,then you'd have to deal with the bad karma

Ask yourself if you did EVERYTHING possible to avoid hitting the cat? I believe it could bring you very bad karma if you didn't!
