I'm sorry to ruin your question but in real life they are related. In real life they are real brothers. In the whole family there six siblings. From oldest through the youngest:
1. Undertaker aka Mark Callous
2. Mary backstage choreographer
3. Kane aka Ray Odyssey
4. Sting aka Steve Bordon
5. Stacey backstage makeup artist
