Hmmm......I know that I should say something like the love of friends, family, or accomplishing something of significance, but, to me, the moment of climax during sex seems to be unrivaled.
edit: Sorry if this offends some here, but if it weren't pretty high up there on the sensory stimulus scale, us guys wouldn't have the instinctual desire to reproduce. Of course, that's a physical thing. Cognitively speaking, I would have to say being comforted by my faith in where I am headed in the after-life gives me the best feeling.

there is a few things i can tell you that makes me feel that way.Right after my morning Prayer.. Playing with my Grandkids. long hot bubble bath. late night talks in bed with my husband. a strong cup of black coffee every morning..receiving an email every morning from 4 of my best Girl friends just to say hello and they was thinking of me.. just few.
