Yes and MORE. A cell is CITY of factories! Shipping/recieving docks; warehousing; assembling; manufacturing; waste disposal; modulating(tweeking); dispatching; traffic controlling; recieving , delivering, and creating orders. Security is VERY particular about who gets in or out. Identification is required and everyone passes in proper order on a "as needed" basis.
Within 7 yrs. max. every cell is replaced with a replicate.
