Orochimaru is a guy as far as I know.

orochimaru is a boy
he just uses his Immortality Jutsu so he looks young. but to do this he needs a body. he can use woman's body and if that happens he changes his face too. he also has his Vanishing Facial Copy Jutsu where he steals ur face after killing u and then uses it as a disguise. Orochimaru is pretty cool! Gaara rox!!
P.S. His Immortality Jutsu is forbidden and sometimes he looks gay but it's because he wants Sasuke's body because he's gonna use his body for the Immortality Jutsu

When fighting the third hokage, yes he was technically a man in a woman's body. But now, he transferred back into a man's body, right before sasuke came. So know he has to wait 3 years until he can use Sasuke's body. Thats when the time-skip comes in two and a half years later.

Orochimaru is definitely a guy. He practiced forbidden jutsu that now require him to get a new body every three years or so, but he is a guy.

He is a boy; during his younger years he practiced some forbidden jutsu that requires sacrificing other people in order to preserve his spirit and that's why he has the faces of several people.

I'm mostly thinking IT's a guy because he uses a forbidden jutsu to change faces. But if you don't know(Like I don't really know), just say he's bi. That way either way you aren't wrong! =^^=
