I'm in Chattanooga right now, and it is a great city. So great in fact, the president made a stop over here yesterday.

Northern Utah, I know that the place is a little conservative but you can buy a nice house or condo and settle down. The skiing is amazing, if you are an outdoors person this is the place. Despite the stereotype that Utah is filled with Mormons, there are quite a few non-mormons in Northern Utah. The most annoying thing about the state are the liquor laws, other than that it is an amazing place.

Stay away from New York, Florida, California and
Las Vegas. You would be broke!!
