I would guess the protologist. He schedules his work and they line up in his office for his services.
I don't think adult stars have that kind of endurance as the doc.
And one behind is as good as another according to the good doctor, whereas the adult stars are a little fussier!
Their behind needs eye appeal whereas the doc accepts all imperfections. Maybe that is why he is more behind or has more.

Well, I don't know about either profession, but I know that as a butcher's assistant who's backed into the meat grinder, I have gotten a little behind in my work. It was a disaster. On the upside of things, I am not nearly so cheeky, I can't make an @ss of myself and I am no longer the butt of anyone's jokes. I had to change my name, It was Gladys, butt because I recently turned the other cheek, I am now known as Herb Butz.
