What's so great about him? He never even held a major title.

You obviously never saw him wrestle. To start off, he was the longest reigning WWF Intercontinental Champion of the 1990s. He was a solid wrestler, one of the best of his time, a true athlete and good on the mic. You can look at the list of wrestlers he took on and always had good matches out of them: Tito Santana, Scott Hall, Ted Dibase, Ric Flair, Lex Luger and I haven't even mentioned WCW yet. As far as his finisher being "weak", the times were different. It was the 1990s, when DDTs and superplexs were still finishers. The true test is his matches, they will stand the test of time. By the way, Dan Marino never won a Super Bowl, yet he's still considered one of the best quarterbacks ever, you don't have to win a World Title to be considered the best, I point to Rowdy Roddy Piper, he never held a "major" worlds title either, but no one will ever question his greatness. Curt "Mr Perfect" Hennig is in the same boat.

There are a number of reasons why. The first and formost is the fact that he was so well loved by the fans. He was also a great technical wrestler from an incredible wrestling background-his father was the great Larry The Axe Hennig. At the time of his death he was quite young but had been in wrestling for many many years!

Ummmm....he was only one of the great technical wrestlers of all time. He may not have ever been a wwe champ but he was an i.c. champ a couple of times & was a great performer. I was very happy to see him inducted this year. He deserves to be in the hall of fame.

Umm. maybe the fact that he was an amazing wrestler and the least they can do after his death is induct him into the WWE hall of fame

he was a 2 time IC champ and held titles in wcw and i think he was AWA heavyweight champ. You dont have to be wwe champion in order to be in the hall.. Just look at lasley and bortista, mr.perfect is a thousand times better then them. Oh by the way.. HE'S PERFECT!

Because he was a good wrestler. Also it could be because he died like 2 years ago, which seems weird that they haven't inducted Owen Hart.So maybe Owen might be next in line to be inducted.

It's not about holding major titles, its about a persons impact on the industry and honoring them for their accomplishments and hard work. Curt Henning did that in spades, and should be remembers as a ledgend of this bussiness.

I think because he had great agility and technique. He had also been in the industry for a very long time so why not induct him
