how do i find out ;if my son wonts to live with his dad,my home is all ways open ..what to do?

Go through the court system, contact his school, ask permission to speak to your son in fron of the principal or other school personnel. If there is an order for you to stay away, the school will naturally call the police, so consider that. Why isn't there contact now, what has happened to cause this huge problem? Just because you want to see him/talk etc. does the child want to talk to you? You can get a mediator as well. There are questions to be answered to give you a full honest opinion.

Get some legal help and don't stop trying.
Good time to start a journal of how you think about him each day. When the time is right, you can show him.

Contact an attorney or go to family court to file for visitation and find out what your parental rights are. Believe it or not you have them.
