if he treats you like crap, then you made a mistake marrying him....it's never too late to make it right...find someone who will treat you well....good luck

If you don't try and put a stop to the crappy treatment, no one will. You have to stand up for yourlsef, there's no other way. He will only disrespect you as much as YOU LET HIM. Don't be desperate, there are more fish in the sea; if he senses that you're confident you can always find someone else if things don't work out with him - he will appreciate you more, and will think twice before mistreating you. I'm willing to bet that you're afraid to be on your own, afraid of losing him, and are desperate to stay in this marriage. This has to change - work on your self-esteem, and on being able to put your foot down.

If he will go with you to counselling there might be a chance he will change, if not get out of the marriage you deserve better.

He only treats you the way you allow him to. If you fail to stand up for yourself, do not expect someone else too.

Respect yourself NOW.
It is possible to do it lovingly.
Start of with "I" statements. Do not say, "You are beign rude." Say, " I feel attacked."
Then assert your individuality, again, kindly and with respect of your own.
Also, maybe you should get involved with other coupls that have good relationships.
No matter what--do not attack--do not blame--just be assertive.

i cant tell u what to do cuz i dont have any deatails. if he abuses u leave him! but if ure just havng arguments and those kinda stuff its normal. as long as u work things out. maybe go see a marridge counceller.

speak with your support system, family, friends
determine your options
Plan a getaway if it continues and
contact the police immediately if he gets abusive
