pants) my max is $17.99- $21.00
shoes no more than $30
and im really looking forward to looking really girly and bright this spring i love colors but im soooooo chaep do u thing i should bend my prices a little

Most of the time, I go even cheaper, but thats because I'm not girly, more of a tom-boy.
But, I haven't always been like that, and I do have some experience:
Kohls, Jcpenney, Hollister, Aeropostale, Old Navy, and Walmart.
You don't always HAVE to go to the clearance (maybe hollister!) but you can find really cute clothing. Wal-mart, people say, is a lame store, but there is absoloutly nothing wrong with it. They have stuff so much cheaper, and they have a lot of cute clothes and accessories. Take my advice. You'll be saving a lotta green.

First, I will not buy something unless I need the article. I have selected clothing to purchase, but wait until it is on sale and I have an additional 30% off coupon before purchasing the item. I have missed many too because the store sold out of the color and size. And I shop the 70-80% off racks too.

target, kohls, wet seal, charlotte russe. you don't have to bend your prices you just gotta go to the mall and look in store windows and if you see styloes you like then you go in to that store. you might have to go straight to the back where the clearance is, but theres absolutley nothing wrong with that. you'll bbe sure to find something. good luck!

Ross and TJ Maxx have AWESOME deals on clothes. And they usually have way cute stuff! I'm pretty cheap too, but I love to shop.

check around for an outlet mall in your area.
alot of name brand things, for cheap.
also check, walmart, target, charlotte russe, Platos Closet.
