I recently bought the $2.00 trial CD for WoW, and i must say im pretty impressed and i love to play. I still have 13 days b4 i have to upgrade, and i was wondering, for all the pro players out there, is WoW a good investment? Is it worth the money paid every month? And if so, is there a way i can send money orders (i live in VA, USA) to Blizzard instead of credit card? I dont want my parents to know that im paying monthly payments for a game...

u ll definitely lose your life if u start playing. It's not great to invest your life in a video game. Btw i assume you're elementary/ high school student, i suggest you learn more constructive things, such as foreign languages or music instruments while ur still young. in the future you dont want to tell your children or grandchildren that u have spent years on a stupid MMORPG rite?

i know u wont like my answer, but this is true. Go ahead and upgrade it if ur desperate for the game.

No, I'm pretty sure there is no way to send money orders. That would be too much of a hassle for Blizzard because so many people play it. However, you can buy game cards from stores like EB Games/Game Stop, Best Buy, etc.

As for the game itself, I've been playing on and off for about two years now. It's a really great game but it's seriously much too easy to get into. It wastes away your life. Once you are level 70+ there is not much to do except raiding, which takes up hours upon hours of your free time. My boyfriend is in the top guild of our server and pretty much 5 days of his week will be dedicated to raiding this summer. I don't think I'll ever even see him! Do yourself a favor by saving your money on something more worthwhile than a game.

Is it well worth paying for? in case you have performed Warcraft and enjoied it yeah it must be well worth paying for. I definitely have performed on and rancid for 2 years now. confident the interest could be addicting. On nights as quickly as I definitely have no longer something to do i can lose some hours actual. as quickly as I definitely have some thing to do, and that i play earlier hand i visit many times watch teh clock, or se teh in interest alarm clock to permit me understand it's time to flow. I definitely have on no account called in unwell with "WoW" fever nor have i been later for something via interest. that is basically that a interest. confident it may get boring at instances, and slightly repetative, yet no worse than the different interest I definitely have ever performed. i flow with the above advice, see approximately getting between the unfastened 10 day memberships, it is going to help you get a pbetter attitude.

Ultimately it's not worth it at all. It consumes too much valuable time and when you finally when you decide to stop playing you get nothing out of it.

You can buy WoW Game Cards at stores and enter the code on the website. They're $30.

I played WoW for too long and regret it.

WoW is a awesome game. I have been playing it since the game came out. You can use a game card that usually EB or most gaming stores in mall's will have for sell. I think they are usually good for 90 days.

i'd say it's not worth it. i just recently stopped playing and it's GREAT. i realized how much i had been missing by just playing a stupid video game. my grades were slipping, lost friends, and really just didn't care. yeah.. it was fun for the time being, but the things i lost from the game don't balance out to the fun of it.

I thought it was a lot of fun. And I did come across more nice people than jerks, but the jerks make more noise. Just like real life. I ended up quitting because I was spending to much time on it.

I don't know, it depends on what you think... I'm not really a big fan of it, but it looks okay. If you enjoy playing it, go for it! Good luck with your gaming!
