I know of 1 time .. Secret Wars (a Jim Schooter production)
badly written series (had the Wasp beat the entire X-Men team)

At least thrice, but on niether of those occassions was Thor alone. I think the first time was LONG ago, after Thor encountered and battled Ego, the living Planet, Galactus came by to sate himself on said planet. Thor and the inhabitants of Ego (I forget from whence they came, a past world plundered by Galactus perhaps) built an apparatus to imbue all the might of the planet into his hammer. The blow actually caused Galactus to feel pain, and he decided to munch elsewhere. Thor also fought him in Secret Wars 1, already mentioned, and likely other occasions, such as "The Death of Galactus" miniseries. There was also a time when Galactus (in a weakened state) was almost killed by the Earth heroes combined (I am not sure if Thor took part in that)

I don't think Galactus has ever gone 1 on 1 with Thor. It'd be a very bad thing for the god of thunder.
