Towels, Twin XL sheets, comforter, pillows/pillowcases, Twin XL mattress pad, "egg crate" mattress pad in twin XL, under-bed storage bags or bins, bulletin board, computer, printer, notebooks, pens, pencils, erasers, lamps, laundry bag, nalgene water bottle, quarters for the washer/dryer, carry-all for shower/bath items, flip-flops to wear in the shower; clothes. A stash of water/gatorade/snack items. If you're going to share a room, you and your future roommate should talk about the following before either purchases -- mini-fridge, microwave, tv, dvd player, etc.

You will need to purchase text books, bag pack, pens, pencils and all those regular things you carry to school. If you are going to live on campus then you know you are going to need to carry your clothes, toothbrush, body sprays and other deodorants. You may also want to carry a laptop to do your research and stuffs on.
