Destiny Hope Cyrus (AKA )Miley Cyrus,was born November 23,1992 to Tish and Billy Cyrus.Both which are still alive.She has 2 brothers-Trace and Braison and 2 sisiters-Noah and Brandi.

No, Miley's mom did NOT die. Miley's mom is dead in her Disney Channel Original Series "Hannah Montana". I saw pictures of Miley and her mom in a magazine. Glad I could help.

tish is miley cyrus' mum, but not billy ray's first wife. thus miley cyrus has step- siblings and her mum tish didn't die.
miley STEWART, the role miley cyrus plays, is in a single- parent family where her mum died.

I just think Miley's mom is very ill and perhaps in a rehab facility. I don't know for sure, though.
