You have to get a satellite. It is on DirecTV and DishNetwork.

I have the same problem. you gonna have to get satellite or dish network like I'm going to get. cable sucks.

contact your local providers and see if it's available on a certain package and the upgrade to it. If you have Time Warner (like me), then you are screwed because TW won't carry it no matter what.
