I don't know why you are bashing people. What if they never grew up in that era, and they think it is kinda cool that nobody ever really looks like that anymore. I know my parents grew up in the 50's to 60's.
Maybe, they all like that 70's show. Maybe, it is because they want peace in this world. Look at all the wars going on. Maybe, looking like a hippie resembles peacefulness and freedom. (aside from the Vietnam war) Give peace a chance man. Open your heart a little more. Let people have some fun. They are only avatars you know. Not a BIG deal, like you make it out to be.
I bet most of them don't even look like that personally.
