That information is not available on line, for privacy and security reasons. You should have your copy of last year's return; you're required to keep at least the last 5 years worth of returns in your files.
If you had your returns professionally prepared, the tax preparer can make a copy of your return for you.
You can get an extract of the information on last years return from the IRS. There's no charge for this and it takes 6 to 10 days to process the request. If you need a copy of the return as filed with the IRS, including Forms W2, there is a $39.00 charge per tax return and it takes 4 - 6 weeks to process the request.

You cannot do this. Nobody can.
It is personal information which no can access, unless, either a fraud or a crime took place. Only then can the information be forwarded vis-a-vis, a warrant.
Only the taxpayer, or his authorized representative which has a power of attorney
can access prior year records, and done so by requesting a transcript from the IRS.

If you mean from your personal tax return, I don't think you can, unless you used an online service, such as Turbo Tax. You can sign in using your username and password that you used to prepare your return.
If you prepared the taxes yourself, you need to get a hard copy of your return. If you don't have one, you need to contact the IRS to get one. www.irs.gov.
If you used a tax prep service, they should have given you a copy, and they might also have one on file. If you used tax prep software, it should have saved a copy to your hard drive.
