No timeout is available. the game becomes endless. That is not fair, when a loosing person doesn't let another to win. The bg game up to 3 points lasts one hour already. Opponents' nick is qorc and I think he is doing it all the time.

Accept the resign and move your efforts to a player who really wants to finish the game. You'll end up getting more wins in a shorter amount of time if you do.
