I doubt if she can afford it. Let's say she got it and the decision was overturned. She can't afford to exhume 2 bodies and transfer them to TX for burial.

I hope not, why would anna want to be buried in Texas with a family she wanted nothing to do with? I think Vergie should have never even went to court trying to get her daughter's body. She should want her to be with her son. And I heard Anna's body is falling apart and the body has to be buried by Saturday, so she'll lose the appeal based on that.

let's hope not. she doesnt deserve one.. she just wants to make money off of poor daniel & anna. if feel sorry for dannielynn having that poor excuse for a grandmother

That would be so gross- to let a court allow her to dig up her dead daughters body to bring her to a place she didn't want to be.
