jenkins is past his prime and should never be on your team, especially given his k totals. jones is on OK option, but i hope you drafted better at other positions, because he isnt a year round solution. the good news is that every year someone from the wire ends up having a great season, so just watch out for the breakout names. and you may be better off locking up a rookie like heredia, or bj upton who might move to the of

drop geoff jenkins but dont pick up jones. you should pick up someone else better than the both of them.heres a list of out fielders open in my league and maybe in urs 2.

moises alou NYM
milton bradley OAK
melkey cabrera NYY
shin-soo choo CLE- he played pretty well last year and is worthy of a roster spot.
coco crisp BOS
jim edmonds STL
juan encarnacion STL
jay gibbons BAL
shawn green NYM
mark kotsay OAK
ryan langerhans ATL
trot nixon CLE
wily mo pena BOS
mark sweeny SF
preston wilson STL

any of these players would make a very nice addition to ur roster

Jenkins should be dropped but not for Jones. You need to address what your team lacks. Figure that out now and make the switch, or wait to see which guys on waivers have what you need. You might need steals, BA(batt. avg.), pitching wins, K's, saves, we don't know that.

Genkins gives you HR, but will kill your BA and OB%(on base %). Jones gives you some HR's but also a low BA and maybe a steal here and there. They're both streaky and one-sided, in my opinion.

drop jenkins for anyone else but jones. find what your team is lacking in and reinforce that need. but playing time isn't really a concern for jones.

i'd say go with jones...

better power numbers and he's slated to be starter right now.

plus jenkins is usually hot about three times a year and puts up below average numbers the rest of the year.
