what do you thing about the courts ruling on Anna Nicole Smiths body?

I have to say I think she should be with Danny. That does not mean in the Bahama's. In a perfect world, she and Danny need to be in Ca. where she was happy. As for her mother, good grief, didn't she suffer enough in life because of her "mother"? Why was she even there, she is not what she tried to show at trial, Anna could not stand her and wanted nothing to do with Texas. BTW, every one of us hits the wrong key, no worries, we know you meant think!!!

nIt's a joke. the judge should have had the DNA test done. who the father is is who should get the body. Howard K Stern is not the father. That Judge should be deported. Larry Berkhead will have to travel with Danilynn to the Bahamas on memorial day.

I think the right choice was made.It was very clear from the shows that Anna did that her mother and her did not get along.
And I as a Mother If this same situation should arise with me I would want to be buried with my son.If she had wanted herself to be buried in Texas she would have buried Daniel in Texas as well.Her mother did not treat her as a mother should,so she can't make right in death what she made wrong in life.Let her live with the guilt in how she and her daughter's relationship was.

But I think the judge made the best decision. The money hungry mother should not even be allowed to contact the baby
