I can't believe he cried. I thought it was very unprofessional. He turned that courtroom into a 3 ring circus this week.

I think it's because he is an effeminate fop. People like that have no business being on the bench. A judge who cannot control himself over custody of a dead body shouldn't ever be deciding cases involving living people.

I think the whole tragedy of what this innocent baby is forced to go thru during her short time here on earth got to him...yes, he is a publicity seeker, and has admitted that he wants his own t.v. court show, but even the toughest of people, do have a heart and I think this whole circus media that didn't have to be, finally took a toll on him....hopefully, this will be over soon and everyone involved can slip back into obscurity like they were prior to this very sad and tragic story...

i think the judge was sad because how everyone is acting he has never seen so many people act so childish and he belives anna should be at peace and she needs to be buried next to her son. i think the judge tried to make the right decision

Because he is all fake. a judge is supposed to be neutral and leave the emotions in the back door. It is all circus and he is a clown and acting for the media.
I must admit his decision was fair.
