Definitely Theodore Dane to honor his cousin. It's a nice strong masculine name. And Claire Noelle is just beautiful.

I don't care for the weird spellings. (Bayleigh- Kailyn. I like it spelled Kaylyne)
I much prefer Claire Noelle, or even Bailey Claire.
Theodore Dane is better than Levi, Or even Dane Theodore, and a good nickname could be "Dante"

I like the girls names, kind of. I'm not too big a fan of Bailey. But whatever. Bailey Kalen is cute. As is Claire Noelle.
As for the boy's names, Levi Daniel isn't my personal fave. I would say go with Theodore Dane.

I really like Claire Noelle and Levi Daniel alot. Or you can mix and match the names you have.. like Kailyn Noelle and Levi Dane. But all the names are really nice and go together really well. Good Luck and Congrats
