Try Quilter's Cache - they have every pattern imaginable. Their Double Wedding Ring is a little different from the traditional pattern because it has fewer pieces in the arcs, but it's still a gorgeous pattern.

There are several new variations on the Double Wedding Ring, making it easier to piece. The traditional style involves cutting each piece individually, sewing the segments of the arcs together, then sewing the background pieces to the arcs. You need templates for all of the pieces, and can buy the templates in sets, or print them off and make your own templates out of cardboard or template plastic. Instead of cutting the individual segments of the arcs, you can paper piece the arc and use a template for the other pieces.

The next variation is the Eleanor Burns method, where you sew the pieces of the arcs together, then sew it to fusible interfacing (and you can buy preprinted interfacing from her company, Quilt in a Day). You turn the arc inside out, so the fusible is on the back and the seams are turned in, then iron it down and stitch to finish. The pattern is in her Egg Money Quilts book.

I saw a demonstration on Simply Quilts (Alex Anderson - HGTV) where strips were sewn and then the arcs were cut from the strips. They didn't look quite the same as the traditional pattern, but it was still very nice. She pieced and quilted full circles, then folded the edges back to create the double wedding ring look. She sewed the squares together after that. It's from a book called "Rings that Bind" by Cheryl Phillips. There's a clearer illustration on her website.

Hi momma1 I am just finishing a double wedding quilt for my daughter who will be getting married in July. I came across the Eleanor Burns pattern in her 'Egg Money Quilts Book' earlier this year and thought I could tackle that pattern, because her techniques are always more managable than most others. I have been working on it pretty steady since march and am about done. I would say it has been fun, my daughter requested a king so that has been a bit of a challange but fun to watch it come together. I have seen fusable interfacing with the wedding ring printed on it with a book with more detailed directions. She refers to in in the book I mentioned above. Good Luck!!!

Hi, not sure what you mean by printable double wedding ring pattern but here is my suggestion. Go to www.quiltinaday.com. Check in their fusible section. They carry preprinted fusible for the double wedding ring. I have used this method with a lot of success and very little stress. Good luck in your quest.
