Depends on what kind of taco you're about to eat, but there's nothing better than lime and green tomato and serrano (it's like jalapeño pepper but smaller) salsa.

You know, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, olives, salsa, sour cream, maybe a little saurkraut and ketchup, gotta have ketchup. Then top it off with some road tar and cigarette butts. Mmmmm..tasty!
