I believe in a version of reincarnation that says you come back thru various lifes to learn different lessons each time, and once your soul has learned all it can learn, you return to being part of the power that creates life - so even though you are gone, you have become part of the creation of tiny babies or the trees that give us fresh air...

To believe usually says that I'm assuming something to be true...and nothing more than that. The afterlife is another concept that has and has had peoples' interest for thousands of years. No one I know of has been able to show me first hand that there is something that is called afterlife. Doesn't mean it's not a possibility, it just doesn't show up in my "life" much (at all, really). I'm leaning more towards that this whole thing is somewhat like a dream (not a dream dream) and death is just another pattern to work through. So you could say there really is no "life" the way we all agree life to be.

It would be nice to think that living has a point; that u dont go thru all the B.S on this earth on a daily basis just to die and for it to all be over.... and it would also be nice to think that for all the good deeds in life that you do you get rewarded at the end by going to heaven and sitting on big bouncy clouds with God...and all those evil doers get their one way ride to hell wid gasoline drawers on...
and lastly, it would be nice to think of an afterlife when u get to find out who God really is, i mean since innocent ppl have to die every day in the name of this being in stupid senseless wars...

Yes, and I also believe in life after life, and life before life.
I believe we have always existed although not sure in what form.
I believe we are all on a journey to attain perfection and some of us are faster learners than others. That is why you have a Hitler, a Gengis Khan, a Mother Teresa, a St Francis of Assisi on humanity's family tree.

Is there also a before life? Or is there just life. How are we so sure now that this isn't some sort of a before life or an after life. It's really all about perspective. That is my serious answer.

100%
if a train starts from a station so many stations will come in middle of reaching point.
so we r traveling we started from god and the reaching point is also god. until we reach the destination(god) we should cross so many stations(lives).we cant say we r good then how can we say this is only the last one, because if we r free from karma even if it is good are bad, then only we reach god.
if we do good we goto heven, if bad we goto hell thatsall.
then how can overcaome good and bad?
do every thing for god not for u.

Didn't used too, but then the ridiculous number of souls i've consumed kinda persuded me.
However, i still have extreme difficulties telling them apart, more than half the time i can't even figure out what species they are.

And my question is, where do they go when i die?
MAN, IT'S REALLY REALLY ANNOYING BEING ME!

I try not to let myself become subserviant to illusions and presuppositions that could cause me not to live my life to the fullest.

I live up to the standards and expectations that I, and only I, have created.
