Does anyone know how to make playdough if so tell me?

PLAYDOUGH RECIPE

You will need:

1/2 cup salt
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon cream of tartar
1 tablespoon oil
1 cup water
food coloring
What to do:

Combine ingredients in a saucepan. Heat gently, stirring all the time. When the dough has a good consistency, take it off the heat and allow to cool.

if you are doing very small sculptures...you can take a piece of white bread minus the crusts and mix it with white glue...first you have to tear the bread into tiny pieces before you add the glue...this is messy to do and mixing can be done in a plastic bag...the results are worth it...this clay provides a smooth, hard clay surface and is easier to paint...i have small sculptural pieces i have done and kept for 27 years... the other "homemade dough" deteriorates over the years...picks up moisture in the air easily...
