My parents are gunna freak when they get my report card because i have never had a grade below a b until now.

I wanna tell them that i will probly be getting c's or d's on my report card before i get it. but if i do, they are gunna take my stuff away. Should i tell them now, or wait till i get my report card, and if i tell them now, how should i do it? .

The best thing that you can do is to sit them down and talk to them like and adult. "Mom and Dad, I know that you know I have always worked very hard in my classes. This has been obvious by the fact that I have always gotten good grades. This year, I have had some trouble in a couple of my classes. They were harder than I thought. I know that I shouldn't make excuses, and that isn't what I am trying to do. What I did want to do was let you know that I was struggling a bit so that maybe we could figure out a way to help me improve the grades before the end of the year".
Just be honest with them and ask for their help so that they know that YOU know there is a problem

This is what you do...

Mope around the house acting pretty depressed...don't do your normal routine. Wait for your parents to ask what's up...or wait until night time after dinner and talk to them. Just look really depressed and tell them that you've really been trying in school and the grades aren't showing it. Tell them you thought they should know from your mouth rather than the report card. THEN act like a mature teen and tell them you have already taken the steps to talk to your teacher and see what you need to do to better your grades. (That should make you look good). When your parents see you already beating yourself up and punishing your own wrong doings, they SHOULD see that they don't need to do too much of it. Anyways, we all do it...it won't matter later in life, I promise. Goodluck.

I told my mom that i was getting a C in a class before we got the report card and she said thank u for telling me that before you got the report card. (i ended up getting an a though!!) ANd just say my teacher handed out progress reports yesterday and i wanted to let you know before we got the report card that i am not doing very well. Then if they ask u how bad? tell them the truth! If you don't like my answer pray about it!

Tell them before the report card. Before you tell them, sit down and form a plan of how you are going to improve your grades. Write it down and include how you are going to make time for extra studying and homework each day. Then sit down with your parents for a serious discussion. Tell them in advance that you need to discuss this without an argument. Then tell them about the grades and show them your plan. They will probably be upset with the grades, but if you can write out, present and stick with a plan to improve, they will be impressed with you.

Go to both of these teachers, and try and see how they can help you pull up these grades, Now tell your parents, that you are having a problem with these two subjects, and that you have asked the teachers for advice, and tell them what the teachers suggested. Tell your parents, that you are going to work hard to get the grades up. Tell them that you are really trying, and that you are sorry that you let them down, but you are just having a problem with these classes.

Tell them now and ask them to help you with a tutor or something so you can bring your grade up before the end of the semester. Maybe they can talk to your teacher about getting you help, or extra work to bring you up to level.
Tell them you've been struggling and thought you could get it together, but you feel your grades are slipping and need help.

Tell them now that you are struggling with these classes and you don't think you are doing well. They'll accept it better now than if they see it on your report card first.

i think of telling your mom incredibly ultimate and be mature adequate to deal with what she has to assert. in the journey that your mom already had given you warning upon seeing your chum working around with the digicam then why might you in simple terms tutor that your replaced into suitable? which you're no longer in charge for the very merchandise you begged for, and needed so badly to have. mendacity on your mom/dad as quickly as and attempting to hide it up in simple terms ends up in a various lie. subsequently breaking that bond of believe. So in simple terms tell the reality once you arrive domicile. in line with hazard you need to evaluate the mere actuality that lots of the time whilst our acquaintances injury or reason injury to products they do no longer seem to be prepared waiting or waiting to pay to replace them or restoration them anymore then you certainly can. you're completely in charge for the value to have it repaired. If there's a make specific that doesn't recommend it covers being dropped in water by potential of your doing.

Tell them now. They'll handle it a lot better now and probably give you a lesser punishment if you tell them now. Plus if you don't tell them now, you're going to live with the guilt which will cause you to drop even farther
