Is there any way to speed up your period?
If you had a period that lasted 7 days, could you decrease it to 4 or 5?

Sorry, you can't really change the course of nature. If your worried then go and ask a doctor for advice (or someone like your own mum or gran).

Your cycle sometimes gets a bit shorter as you get older but thats many light years away... I am talking about 30s and over.

Check out the link on teens health as its interesting and has some simple but fun disgrams.

Honey, we all wish we had more power on our peroids. How wonderful it would be if we could control them and decide when or how long they'd last. I'm pretty sure a lot of us would love to stop our peroids completely.

There were days when I used to hate peroids and wished I never had them but over the years I have grown to realise that its part of life and being a woman.

Some days i wish my periods would hurry because on certain days I'd feel restless, uncomfortable and once it came, I felt relief. Having the peroids can help get rid of unwanted bloating and uneasiness in your womb.

If your unhappy with your cycle, go and ask your doctor for some advice. Preferably a woman doctor as she's bound to be more understanding than a male.

All the best.

Yes, especially if you start birth control (the pill or the patch). Also, for some women it tends to shorten over time - you might have a 7-day period when you're a teenager, and have a 4-day period by the time you reach your mid-20s. Being physically active also helps, because your body works better and doesn't need as much time to flush itself out.

i see that everyone has suggested to you the best thing, birth control pills. u say no pills cuz ur a teen, but teens CAN take those pills. you can be twelve years old and ur doc can suggest taking the pill because of period problems, it has nothing to do with having sex, or how mature u are. i'd say go for it, ask ur family doc about it.

i think of that's achievable. If she hasn't incredibly thought approximately if shes in love or no longer, then sure that's achievable. i be attentive to that throughout my existence, I had enjoyed someoen and did no longer comprehend it till i could no longer see them anymore.

There probably are ways, but I think you should just let nature take its course.
