I have really really pale skin, and was wondering
what colors of eyeshadow would look best without making me look like a clown?Same with eyeliner.I have hazel eyes if that helps.

Also,i'd like to ask the same question about lipstick.
i've been wearing makeup for years but I want to make it look right.

I have hazel eyes, I use both eye liner and eye shadow. I think just eyeliner is good if you're going for an easy look that just brightens you're eyes. I usually do a "smokey" technique. In order to achieve the “smokey eyes” look you must select dark, neutral colors. Black eyeliner with gray eye shadow will work well for the smokey eyes appearance. First, line your eyes with a black eye liner pencil. Make sure you line both top and bottom paying close attention to lining around the natural eyelid contour. You can use concealer under your eyes with a thick coat of powder that will catch any excess eye shadow, which will later be brushed away so you don't get the dark colors under your eyes. After you line your eyes carefully smudge the liner in the outer corners to soften the line. Then apply a thin line of black eye shadow over your eyeliner to further soften the look and create a stronger contrast. Next apply your eye shadow all over your eyelid, use a charcoal shadow or a neutral brown. Now top it off with black mascara and neutral lipstick and blush colors.

Hmm well if u really don't light bright colors bc it makes you look like a clown i would stick with maybe pale colors like pale pink if that dosen't work i would try dark colors but kind of stay away from the blue bc if your skin is really pale and you use dark blue it dose not look very good with light skin hmm or you can also do gold colors with your hazel eys gold would look pretty well it depends on outfits sometimes to make sure when you put on make up make sure it is the color of your outfit but stands out hmm about the lipstick i would go for pale pretty colors even though you say you prettty pale it looks great trust me bc you don't want bright colors like red to make you look like a clown

HOPED I HELP :)

Thx ;)

the question isn't really about shades so much as it is about technique... and with fair skin, it's all about blending. The right tools and techniques will make most colors look good.

Try the book 'Making Faces' by Kevin Aucoin and brushes by Bobbi Brown (they're pretty affordable and last a long time). And practice, practice, practice!

Since you have pale skin, try to stick with any shades of brown. Remember, you control how dark it's put on...MAC has a great color called Ricepaper that is paired really well with their shimmery brown called Woodwinked. Since your eyes are hazel, try a plum or lavender eye liner, or of course your staple would be a coppery brown. Good luck!

if you have really pale skin then what you need to do is enhance your eye colour to take the attraction away from your skin. try to avoid pink & red as an eye shadow as this only clashes with the paleness of you skin my advice is brown & blue (not light blue)try not to make it not too heavy. also try dark blue eyeliner if you wear blue eye shadow and brown eyeliner for brown eye shadow. p.s. please realise that as i am not able to see your skin complexion i can only give you advice from other people i have helped previously. I really hope that this helps. good luck!

I, too, have pale skin and hazel eyes, i try to stick to more natural tones like pink, brown, and orange. a soft pink or brown lipstick looks nice, and try to avoid deep shades of red and pink.

I would wear bronze and cream colours no eyeliner just a good black mascara one that makes your lashes look longer. A bronze colour on cheeks and lips

pinkish eyeshadows.....and pink lipstick and charcoal eyeliners once you put on the eyeliner you should blend with a q-tip to define the fine line
