When at a chinese buffet, I have never eaten a salad. I start with the egg drop soup, sometimes an egg roll, egg foo young (yung?), fried wontons, and fried rice topped with whatever looks good.

Is that alll you can choose from?
I'd take:Wantansoup.crispy red fryed pork(very lean),fried rice,fried noodles,some chicken a bit of salad a pot of Chinese tea,and there are way more things we get to choose from here
