Tescos didnt deliver my shopping and the dog peed on the carpet...again. The electricity and gas bill arrived, My son brought a friend home to play after school who didnt like Tesco fishfingers(his mum buys Birds Eye) Didnt like jelly with fruit in or the juice I bought and liked his chips all the same length (yep, true) then he proceeded tell me that next time he come to play he wants McDonalds....yeah right! Then I got a violation on here which wasnt spam, or offensive in any way or rude or anything from the list. I am totally peed off. The only thing that saved the whole day from being horrible was Hotel Babylon on tv.
Did anyone else have a rotten day?

incidentally, can I please ask EVERYONE to complain about Violations when they are not warranted.?
A lot of people have been deleted recently after working very hard to get up to a level where they can ask and answer unlimited.
If you get violated for something that is NOT even close to being offensive, please report it with the email header "harassment by another user" and state that you do not deserve this violation. Say that it is harassment and you want the matter investigated and the REPORTERS account suspended.
I will be reporting EVERY one from now on

Ok i can totally sympathise! This morning I had an indoor soccer game and got hit in the face (hard) and have a fat lip and i'm talking with a lisp. Then 2 plays later I rolled my ankel! Oh and we lost 6-0 to boot! Then I was supposed to meet a friend for lunch and got stood up! I was gonna leave but i was tired so i waited for a table and they announced "Amy Party of 1" really loud (embarassing)! Finally I decided to go see a matinee to cheer myself up and I found a movie I wanted to see but the parking lot was packed...I waited 5 min for some guy to pull out of his spot (slowest un-parker ever!) and some jerk stold my spot! So i spent another 15 min for a parking spot and was 20 min late for my movie so i didn't go. Now i'm back at my aunt and uncles place where I'm staying the weekend and I found out I gotta sleep on the floor! boo!!!

This is as good a place to vent as any! How's this: Furnace serviced & all corroded & a fire hazard, had the guy shut it off thinking winter was almost over. Then we had hail, & snow on Mt. Diablo & I plugged in a space heater to keep my cat warm. When I tried to draw the drapes, they WOULDN'T. Got way up on a ladder to see what was wrong & ALL the lights went off. Pitch black. Had to get safely off the ladder, walk w/my arms straight out like I was ready for lift off ALL the way to the other end of the house for a flashlight in the bedroom & couldn't find the door. Kitty was so stressed she threw up in six places. Ordered a new stove (mine has been dead for about a year) & they were supposed to haul off the old one free. Said they couldn't because it's "hard wired." HUGE boxed stove in the middle of my studio & electrician's brother is dying & he can't come out. Put banker's clips on the drape & now I can't get out to water the plants on the deck. Got a notice that I didn't pay my property tax. Drier is making funny noises. I am FREEZING. Didn't get any work done for 3 days because I got cloned & had to work on that. Kitty is also coughing & I CAN'T stop smoking or I have a seizure. Both air purifiers turned themselves off & are hell to clean. Oh, dishwasher isn't working. Forgot to go to the HOA meeting. Issues I needed to vote on. Three days of mail on the table. People calling & hanging up. Sheriff's office called me & said my main gallery had closed, the owner was arrested, & all property seized. Will probably have to testify in criminal court. The guy hasn't any assets left, & owes me about $40,000. Tomorrow, I'll probably have another flood from bad plumbing upstairs. Other than that...I got lots of laughs from your answers! Gave you another star. I'm still laughing! What the heck, just part of life, right? Oh, give the kid dog food next time, in a pretty dish.

Today was a good day, yesterday sucked butt. I ended up crying for the last part of the day yesterday (relationship problems) and woke up this morning with puffy eyes, I could barely open them. I would have turned that brat around and sent him back home. No respectful kid goes into another house and makes demands. Hopefully you have a better day tomorrow.

Yep.... i had a huge argument with a work colleague (also a friend) who is a muslim. We work together... My boss is allowing him to work from home on fridays that he can attend Friday Prayers at a mosque.... guess what? im not allowed... so we've been having a discussion about whats morally right today at work... and he's now suggesting i dont respect him or his religion... i was absolutely furious!i know that when he 'works' from home on fridays he hardly does anything... so work might as well tell him to work a 4 day week... now we've fell out and it really has ruined my day :-( know how u feel...

2. Got my pants back from the tailor after a zipper repair. I SWEAR they moved the button over too! I now have a stomacheache because these blasted pants shrunk. (Yes they did, shut up!)
3. My finger is bruised from clapping too hard last night.

I just treated myself to a Chinese take away. Put it on the plate, microwaved it up to a nice temperature, poured myself a glass of wine, walked over to the table carrying my plate and my glass and dropped them both on the kitchen floor. Chinese curry and red wine all over the place. And you think you had a bad day! Still you've got to laugh haven't you!! Have a better day tomorrow - I intend to. Boy am I hungry now.
