i am about to be 16 on march 29th and he's about to be 15 in june, and i was wondering what country/state is it legall? and one where you don't need a parent present,and what you have to have like identification or birth certificate?help?!?!?

I thought that no country allowed underage marriage,as per family or state code on family dealings, dont be hurry to get married, if no remorse got to las vegas a state in america, but bring your birth certificate both of you and have money,physically mentally emotionally fit.

Arkansas used to be 15 but you had to have written permission from a parent or legal guardian. ALL states that allow underaged marriages require parental permission for marriage, and it has to be signed and notarized.

I think Kentucky is still 14 years of age but you have to have your parents permission
