Because the movie see no evil came out on the date which was kinda stupid they also brought back a fake kane which was supposed to look like kane in 97 98 and 99 but i still thought it ws really stupid

I heard that it is when his movie "SEE NO EVIL" came out. But I have not seen Kane go crazy or anything because of MAY 19.

You see, May 19 was the day 'See No Evil' came into theaters. That movie didn't scare him, it just had something to do with his past and he was afraid that if someone knew that dreadful secret, it would ruin his career as a WWE Superstar. That's why every time someone said "May 19", he would pound them. He was scared his secret would be revealed and he wanted to end the conversation A.S.A.P. his plan apparently worked because his secret has yet to be revealed.

May 19 is the day he got his eye gouched out and had to get a fake one. That's why he has a red eye and a blue eye. Its also the date See No Evil released in theaters.
